Full payment is required at time of ordering, we also require your email address and credit card details (unless using paypal), telephone number and delivery address.

After you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation email usually within 24 hours detailing the order we have received from you or to let you know if there are any problems with the order or payment.

Delivery

At CherryCherry we will do our best to ensure you receive your purchase as quickly and effortlessly as possible.

For items in stock, orders are usually despatched within 48 hours. However, some items may take a little longer to process so please allow 3-5 working days. If further delays are likely we will contact you by email.

We will deliver products by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will need to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for the delivery they will leave a card so that you can arrange collection from your local Royal Mail delivery office or re-arrange delivery.

International delivery

We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world. International delivery will be charged in accordance with postal costs dependent on size/weight and destination of order.  We will email details for your country on request.
