CherryCherryFrocks Returns We hope that you will love your CherryCherry purchase, however if for any reason you would like to return an item please follow our returns policy below: 1. For a full refund we require that you return any new and unworn item to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods.  We are happy to offer a refund or an exchange if the items have all their original labelling/tags and are in any original packaging. This means the items are returned unworn, unused, unmarked and in perfect saleable condition. 2. CherryCherry cannot accept refunds for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed. 3. There is no return or exchange on sale or discounted items. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Registered Post and obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items. If you are returning an item because it is faulty we will refund the postage you pay when you return the item. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable for any other reason we are unable to refund postage. Once an item has been received back at CherryCherry refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
